This looks like a Everhot (great name!) cooker: EverHot

Their website only show dealers in Europe and New Zealand though. AGA makes a very similar product for North America.

It is an Everhot - electric heat box cooker. Aga do a version of this type of cooker now - means you can control each individual oven to specific temperatures and turn it off in the summer. It is also a lot more economical to run.
